Sonesta ES Suites San Jose - Airport

Checking in was easy. Parking costs $5 per day, which we did not mind. The suite we were in was spacious and had 2 bathrooms which we appreciated. There were 3 TVs in total so we had no trouble fighting over what to watch. There were 2 desks that were helpful for some of us doing schoolwork/work. Plenty of pillows, towels, and blankets. Showers came with full bottles of body wash, shampoo and conditioner for us to use. Kitchen utensils were available as well. Breakfast was available, to go only, but was decent. Checking out was easy.

Had the best experience upon check in. Albert was amazing and went above and beyond to gave us the best treatment. I was awfully tired from a long and exhausting drive and was not in my friendliest mood. I just walk up to the front desk and handed him my ID and card with no hi no ho, he thought it was hilarious and was laughing about it which really made my day. But the best thing is I was traveling with my 80 y/o Mom and my fur baby and made a mistake of reserving a none ADA room. Albert went out of his way to get us a ADA and what's more a free upgrade. Thank you so much for all you do Albert. I'm just glad there's kind, amazing and extremely good hearted people like you, you deserve more than a 5 star rating.

Loved that my family of 4 adults: my 2 adult children, my husband and I could all be together in one room. We booked the 1king 2queen bed suite. Loved that breakfast was available each morning. It felt like a small apartment. We had a full size refrigerator, microwave and 2 burners to cook on. Kitchen was fully furnished with cookware, and cooking and eating utensils.The environment was clean and Albert, checked us in with great hospitality. Would recommend friends staying here. Would stay here again while in San Jose, California.

The front desk, breakfast, housekeeping team. The pool, fitness center. Breakfast overall. The black squirrel who’s tail was falling to pieces.
