Checking in was easy. Parking costs $5 per day, which we did not mind. The suite we were in was spacious and had 2 bathrooms which we appreciated. There were 3 TVs in total so we had no trouble fighting over what to watch. There were 2 desks that were helpful for some of us doing schoolwork/work. Plenty of pillows, towels, and blankets. Showers came with full bottles of body wash, shampoo and conditioner for us to use. Kitchen utensils were available as well. Breakfast was available, to go only, but was decent. Checking out was easy.

the continental breakfast was perfect nice variety. I came to 49er game at levi. it was a 12 min drive location was perfect near the hwy easy to get to. I was not coming in until 2am i called ahead to make sure my room was not given away and they accomodated me with no issues. Great vustomer service. Check out is at 11 which is noce most places are 10am. I will be staying here in the future. very quiet neighborhood, room is clean and roomy. we got a 2 bdrm and it was perfect. each room had its own bathroom. full kitchen.

The room was very comfortable and clean upon our arrival. The kitchenette was great and the fridge was very large. We were pleasantly surprised at the coziness of the room because it was near the area blocked for construction - but we heard very little noise when they were working so that was also a plus. The staff were friendly, helpful and provided 5 star customer service!

Breakfast was yummy, location was perfect! Staff was great & accommodating. Our room we reserved with the 3 beds weren’t available so the staff asked if it was ok to switch our room to the room with 2 beds and he adjusted the room rate accordingly and gave us a free complimentary parking pass.
